The Development

This exclusive new development of four luxury semi-detached villas is located on the Torreblanca hill in Fuengirola, Malaga. In addition to the spacious interiors of the villas, they have generous terraces and balconies, designed to enjoy the warm and sunny climate of the Costa del Sol.

The villas have been designed to a high standard and to maximise the functionality of all spaces. The villas face south and west, making the most of natural light. This new development supports sustainable development, aiming to achieve maximum energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.

These three-bedroom, three-bathroom villas are divided over three levels. On the ground floor, there are large communal areas, a separate multi-purpose room that can be used as a guest room, gym, or even a home cinema, as well as a utility room, bathroom and toilet, storage and equipment rooms, and access to the swimming pool.

On the entrance floor, there is an open, over 30 m² kitchen with its own terrace offering beautiful mountain views. The living room opens to the south and has a spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool area, and has its own ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom has access to the terrace, and all bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes. In addition to the staircase, each villa has a private elevator for easy access between floors.

The roof terrace offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the city of Fuengirola, with space for, for example, a jacuzzi and an outdoor kitchen.

Every stage payment secured by Spanish law and bank guarantees.

Buying off-plan

Common Questions

Typically €6,000–€10,000 to reserve a specific unit, deducted from the purchase price. The unit comes off the market on signing.

Usually 20–40% during construction in scheduled instalments, with the balance on completion. The exact split follows the development's payment plan.

Spanish law requires developers to secure stage payments with bank guarantees or insurance, so your instalments are refundable if the project doesn't complete.

Early buyers can choose finishes, layouts and upgrades: the earlier you reserve, the more can be tailored.

The title deed is signed before a notary, the balance is paid and the keys are handed over. A snagging inspection happens beforehand, and any defects are corrected under the developer's warranty.

Developers release units in phases with rising price lists, so early buyers usually pay the lowest price. And once you have reserved at a price, that price is locked for you: later list increases don’t apply to your unit (appreciation is never guaranteed).
