How Smartmove Came to Be

Smartmove set out to lead the way in luxury real estate investment across the Costa del Sol and beyond. Awarded Best Luxury Real Estate Investment Consultancy at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards (2024 · 2025 · 2026), our name has become synonymous with trust, transparency and results.

Headquartered in Marbella, we specialise in high-end villas, exclusive new developments and premium investment opportunities. Strong relationships with top-tier developers and agents give our clients priority access to the region's most sought-after properties, many before they ever reach the open market.

We are now extending that model with the launch of Smartmove Dubai, bringing the same developer partnerships and premium service to one of the world's most vibrant real estate hubs.
