The Development
La Verde Island, the fairways of Doña Julia wrap around the buildings and leave open ground between the homes and the landscape. In this part of Casares, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses offer different ways to live outdoors: gardens with selected ground-floor homes, terraces on the first floor and private rooftop solariums on the penthouses.
The buildings sit among planted areas and pedestrian routes, with horizontal lines, stepped terraces and glass balustrades that keep the outdoors in view. A home's position within the development matters as much as the size of its terrace, shaping both its outlook and how the outdoor space can be used. The sea and golf views shown in the images vary from one home to another.
Shared life centres on the gardens and clubhouse. Two outdoor swimming pools and a separate children's pool are joined by a spa with an indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath, a gym and places to sit. Padel courts, a golf practice area, wellbeing paths and a children's playground provide space for different routines within the grounds. Access is controlled and the development has video surveillance.
Inside, the living room and open-plan kitchen connect to the terrace. Kitchens have an island or peninsula depending on the layout, and every home has two bathrooms, including one en suite. Climate control is independent in each room apart from the bathrooms, which have electric underfloor heating. Aerothermal technology supplies hot water, while a basic home automation system allows lighting and climate control to be managed through an app.
Each home includes a storage room and one or two parking spaces, depending on the unit. Penthouse solariums have pre-installation for a jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen, rather than the equipment itself. Furniture and decorative items shown in the images are not included either.
The setting puts Doña Julia golf within walking distance, with La Duquesa around five minutes away by car and Estepona around fifteen. Trips to Casares Costa and the beaches are part of everyday life here, while the inland position provides separation from the coastal frontage.
Completion is scheduled for the second or third quarter of 2029.
