The Development

The Cascada de Camojan development, which lies near Sierra Blanca and in the center of Marbella’s Golden Mile, is home to six opulent luxury houses collectively known as Camojan Six. The residences will be situated in a gated community at the highest point of the urbanization, in a serene and unique setting that is completely surrounded by nature. Camojan Six is one of the safest and most exclusive residential complexes in Marbella. It is surrounded by the sea and mountains on three sides and is a part of one of the greatest gated communities with 24-hour security in the city.

Salvador Cejudo and Carlos Morales, two prominent architects, created the villas, whose construction aims to be a tribute to beauty and to signify the beginning of a brand-new modern age. They have laboriously developed a novel, novel, and distinctive concept in keeping with the upscale Marbella market. This magnificent development has two breathtaking detached villas in addition to four fabulously big semi-detached homes with unobstructed views of the sea and mountains.

Each of the four-bedroom homes in Camojan Six has been created with the environment in mind, fusing luxury with nature, and boasting roomy rooms, perfect symmetry, an abundance of natural light, and attractive interior and outdoor areas. The houses are between 590 and 1,200 square meters in size.

All villas will have a swimming pool, solarium, gym, wine cellar, steam room, extra lounge, subterranean parking, and many other amenities. Each bedroom will have an en-suite bathroom and dressing space.

All the villas will have a swimming pool in the garden, with a respectful climate control system that will extend the days of bathing, up to 4 parking spaces with installation of charging point for electric vehicles, as well as installation of passive climate control systems.

The care and awareness of the environment is therefore present in a residential that hopes to be a reference on the Costa del Sol.

At Camojan Six, each property stands out for its high quality and environmentally friendly materials. All homes feature spacious rooms and a layout designed for comfortable living and entertaining guests, perfectly combining indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Contemporary colours and materials, combined with the unique décor of renowned interior designer Heidi Gubbins, bring elegance and sophistication to the home, giving it an exclusive and distinctive feel. The interior spaces designed by Heidi create an aura and sense of well-being that reflect her unique approach to interior design and are an expression of her personality.

In the semi-detached villa typology, access to the home is through an elegant and spacious entrance that leads to the imposing hall where we find the staircase that connects the different levels, the lift and a guest toilet. On this floor there is an en-suite bedroom with dressing room and access to the terrace and garden as well as a service kitchen adjacent to the main kitchen. From this level we can enjoy various outdoor covered and uncovered porches, with different relaxation areas next to the beautiful swimming pool, including also a barbecue area.

On the upper level we find the fabulous master bedroom with a large dressing room and spacious bathroom with freestanding bathtub and shower room, plus two guest bedrooms en suite both with dressing room and terrace with sea views.

In the basement there is a family room or play area, which can easily be converted into a staff area, with laundry room, en-suite bedroom and kitchen integrated in the living room. Buying off-plan

Common Questions

Typically €6,000–€10,000 to reserve a specific unit, deducted from the purchase price. The unit comes off the market on signing.

Usually 20–40% during construction in scheduled instalments, with the balance on completion. The exact split follows the development's payment plan.

Spanish law requires developers to secure stage payments with bank guarantees or insurance, so your instalments are refundable if the project doesn't complete.

Early buyers can choose finishes, layouts and upgrades: the earlier you reserve, the more can be tailored.

The title deed is signed before a notary, the balance is paid and the keys are handed over. A snagging inspection happens beforehand, and any defects are corrected under the developer's warranty.

Developers release units in phases with rising price lists, so early buyers usually pay the lowest price. And once you have reserved at a price, that price is locked for you: later list increases don’t apply to your unit (appreciation is never guaranteed).
